ALMOST 250 of South Africa’s municipal managers, personnel managers and councillors are to gather in Somerset West from Monday to Wednesday for an international human resources conference.

Hosted by the Cape branch of the Institute for Municipal Personnel Practitioners of Southern Africa (IMPSA), the conference at the Lord Charles Hotel is sponsored by among others the Bonitas Medical Fund and the City of Cape Town. Topics include leadership and employee motivation.
