R50 000 to be won

THE Municipality had to postpone its Lucky Prize Draw for ratepayers, because of inclement weather on Monday, following three preliminary draws at concerts held during the Cultivaria Festival over the weekend.
The final draw for the big prize of R50 000 will now be held on Friday evening during the launch of the Mayoral Soccer Cup tournament.
The finalists will meet at the Boberg hall at the Boland Park Cricket Stadium in Paarl at 18:45.
Persons qualifying for the first category (regular payers) are MD Neokorides, C Bornman, JF Preyser, all from Paarl, J Magau from Wellington and K Swartz from Saron.
Fifteen people qualified for category two. From Paarl are E Jordaan, SB/HA Claasen, LD/CA Samuels and Motifprops as well as PF Mateyisi from Mbekweni.
The Wellington finalists are E Arendse, RJ Cornelius, CJ Cupido, AI Julies, M Erwee, CJ Davids, C Muller and M Brandt and, from Saron, AA de Vries and D van Schoor.
