THE multi-million rand private home in Monte Christo Avenue, Paarl, which was auctioned for R10 million two years ago, has reopened as the exclusive “The Villa” guesthoue.
The refurbishment took 18 months and R1,5 million to complete under direction of the owner as well as interior designer Christo Barnard.
The Villa can accommodate ten guests in five designer suites with three spacious lounges, a bar/piano area, dining room, study and media room as well as a heated swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna.
Every room has a control panel to enable guests to select the atmosphere of their choice, from temperature and lighting to their own taste in music.
