National rubbish site?

TRAVELLING up Bain’s Kloof, one of our most beautiful passes, I counted 18 rubbish bins. Yet I noticed bottles, nappies, take-away food containers, what have you, along the road.
At the many parking spots you’ll notice even more rubbish in the fynbos!
I wonder how these people polluting the environment, dispose of their rubbish at home? Do they throw it in the neighbour’s yard or road?
Nature belongs to all of us. It is everybody’s duty to take care of it!
I so much want to hope that we’ll all join in to keep our country clean and green.
Please don’t pollute the garden that the Almighty entrusted to all of us. It’s your rubbish - please take it home with you.
