Spring walk was great

IN 2001, Drakenstein Hospice had its first 11km walk, followed by an eight km the next year. Since its inception, the Hospice Spring Walk has grown tremendously.
A 22km mountain walk was added for those who love a challenge and this year a 3km walk for little ones was included. About one hundred children took part in this one, whose ages ranged from three years and up.
At the end they received goodie bags, did face painting and had a jumping castle which they enjoyed.
To the organisers, sponsors, volunteers and helpers a big thank you. Your efforts were not in vain.
To you my motto: “If I can help somebody along the way then my living will not be in vain.”
