A PUBLIC meeting to discuss the information presented in the Draft Scoping Report for the proposed Rainbow Retirement Village in Simondium will be discussed at a public meeting at the Berg River
Resort Hall off the R45 on 7 February from 19:00 to 20:30.
The development of 400 units will be located on 104 hectares currently used for chicken farming, east of the Santé Wellness Centre, with access from the Simondium road (R45).
It is being developed as a gated village by the Louis Group. The development will include a clubhouse, sick bay (50 beds) and winery on 30 hectares.
