New flats planned

A PUBLIC participation process has been launched concerning the environmental impact of a block of flats planned at 546 Main Street, Northern Paarl, by the De Candia family.
The property of 8000 square metres is currently zoned single residential and special business.
The intention is to develop the property into 85 residential units, provide 145 parking bays, maintain the existing residential house, remove the petrol station and expand the existing commercial area.
