Draft gender policy

IN terms of the Municipal Systems Act 32 of 2000, the Cape Winelands District Municipality’s Draft Gender Policy is available to interested stakeholders for comment.
Thereafter a workshop will be held and the Policy will be finalised for approval by Council.
The Policy is available for inspection during office hours at the Drakenstein Municipality Reception in Paarl, Wellington, Gouda, Saron and Mbekweni, all libraries in the district and the Cape Winelands District Municipality Reception at Paarl, and all clinics.
Input or comments regarding the Draft Gender Policy must be submitted in writing to the Director: IDP & Strategic Services, Mr M. Mgajo, PO Box 100, Stellenbosch 7599, or via e-mail to mike@bolanddm.co.za, by no later than 12:00 on Wednesday 7 March 2007.
