Biosphere reserve planned

THE Council of the Cape Winelands District Municipality requests the support of stakeholders for the establishment of a biosphere reserve in the district.
The objective is to establish a unique management framework that would give effect to global, national, provincial and local goals for socio-economic development and environmental rehabilitation.
