Botanical outing

THE Winelands Branch of the Botanical Society will visit the Tokara Gardens (10:30), the spectacular gardens of Anne-Marie and GT Ferreira, on 31 March.
As this is by invitation it is essential to RSVP to Merilyn Chance 083-301-2927, 021-876-3356, or e-mail chancer@iafrica.com.
Tea will be served and a charity donation will be given to Mrs Ferreira’s charity of choice, Streetchildren. Please reply by Monday 27 March.
A walk in this garden is a rare pleasure where unusual varieties of established trees enhance views of the dam and valley.
The garden is located on the Helshoogte Pass turn at the Tokara signboard, at security boom follow directions to the Ferreira gardens.
