Concert at BHS

THERE will be a performance by an orchestra and mass choir at the Boys' High School in Paarl on Saturday 24 March at 19:30. The conductor is Alexander Fokkens.
Fokkens is the conductor and instructor for the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra Youth Development Program. He grew up in Cape Town and was awarded a B.Mus in Double Bass from the University of Cape Town. He then moved to Fort Worth, Texas to do his Masters Degree.
The Cape Philharmonic Youth Orchestra will be joined by members of the three Western Cape Education Music Centres.
