Scoping report on retirement village

THE final scoping report for the proposed establishment of the Rainbow retirement village between Paarl and Simondium, is now available at the Paarl Public Library and the Drakenstein Public Library.
The project proposes to rezone, subdivide and develop portions of a farm located between Santé Wellness and the R45 in Simondium.
The Scoping Study is being undertaken in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations.
The report can also be viewed on www.srk. co.za (click on ‘Public Documents’ link).
Written comment should reach Claire Matern or Danélle Fourie at SRK Consulting by 31 March.
