Paarl Rock Handcycling event

THE Paarl Rock Handcycling Challenge starts today in all earnest when the riders get cracking in the 1,5km hill climb at the Afrikaans Language Monument.
The event’s programme got underway on Monday with a kiddies fun ride which saw some 30 little ones aged between three and five years negotiate the route at the Paarl Mall.
Tomorrow racers competing in the B and C divisions will clash in a 42km road race starting at 09:00 at the Cecilia Street.
These two classes will compete in a 21km time-trial on Saturday morning from 07:00 tot 09:00 after which the A division riders take part in a 21km road race which starts at 09:00.
