What a great show

ON Saturday evening 10 March two of South Africa’s hottest acts appeared as a double bill at the Taal Monument amphitheatre, namely Freshly Ground (MTV award) and Johnny Clegg (world renowned and winner of several international awards).
A person would be lucky to be able to see one of these acts, but to see both in one evening was absolutely superb. The event was a great success and was well attended by people of all races and nationalities. We couldn’t have asked for a better evening of music, food and wine, with the weather playing along too.
A special mention must be made of the stalls that sold wines, cheeses, drinks and eats, as they were worked off their feet to keep the people happy.
Well done to the organisers for a great evening and may we please see more shows of this calibre in the future.
