Building project in Wellington

A PUBLIC participation process in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment regulations has been launched concerning the proposed development of a property on the northern bank of the Krom River near the college sportsfields (erf 13748) in Wellington.
The land of 8506 square metres is currently zoned as residential and is to be developed into 17 residential properties.
