Action Sports Centre opens in Paarl

A NEW fun venue, Paarl Action Sports, opens its doors today at the Berg River Business Park at the corner of Jan van Riebeeck Drive and Driebergen Road in Dal Josaphat.
The arena is located on the redeveloped section of the Berg River Textiles and offers facilities for action cricket, action netball and action soccer.
The area offers facilities for the three sports codes for functions, league matches (normal, school, corporate), birthday parties, interdepartmental/divisions functions, team building sessions, interprovincial matches and social matches.
A bowling machine, bar with satellite TV and braai facilities are also available.
League Fees for action cricket are R37 per person for a game of about 80 minutes (R296 per team)
For action soccer, league fees are R150 per team per game or R25 per person with a 30 minutes game duration, and for action netball league fees are R182 per team per game or R26 per person also with a 30 minutes game duration.
Social fees for action cricket are R672 per court per time slot or R42 per person.
For action soccer it is R372 per court per time slot and R395 per court per time slot or R28 per person for action netball.
