Open day on new village

A PUBLIC open day on the proposed rural village in Groot Drakenstein will be held on 24 April from 16:00 to 19:00 at Simondium Primary School.

Documents, posters and illustrations pertaining to the first phase of the Heritage Impact Assessment will be available for public scrutiny.
The sites being investigated are Meerlust Bosbou, Merwede (near Safariland) and
a combination of sites at Wemmershoek Village.

The assessment is being undertaken by Jake de Villiers, Heritage Practioner, in association with Urban Design Services.
