HOWEVER simple or abmitious their design, all good wine lists have some lessons in common. They are clearly arranged, informative, easy to comprehend and free of errors in names, locations, advantages and prices.
The Diners Club International Winelist of the Year Awards, which have always been regarded as hugely significant by both the restaurant and wine industry, encourage food and wine-serving establishments to improve the standards of the wine selection they offer to their patrons.
Entries for the 2007 Diners Club International Wine List of the Year Awards are officially open and Diners Club International invites all licensed restaurants across South Africa to take part in these prestigious awards.
The closing date for wine list entries is Friday 27 July.
