Paarlite performs in top Cape play

THE Pulitzer and Tony award-winning play Doubt is currently on stage at the Baxter Theatre, under direction of Janice Honeyman.
The play stars Sandra Prinsloo, Jeremy Crutchley, Tinarie van Wyk Loots and Ilse Oppelt (from Paarl).
John Patrick Shanley’s Doubt ran for over a year on Broadway, until July 2006, winning not only the 2005 Pulitzer Prize for Drama but also almost every major theatre award on Broadway that year, including the Tony Award for Best Play and the New York Drama Critics’ Circle Award for Best Play of the Season.
Written with an uncanny blend of compassion and detachment, it is an inspired study in moral uncertainty with the compellingly certain structure of an old-fashioned detective drama.
