Stretch those fingers for Paarl Chess Open

THE Paarl Chess Open takes place at Labori High School tomorrow and Saturday.
Only Chessa members will be allowed to compete in the open category which will be played from 19:00 tomorrow night.
The entry fee is R50 for seniors and R25 for juniors with registration taking place between 17:00 and 18:30.
Participants must bring along clocks and a Chessa receipt (or enrol at venue).
The event will run over seven rounds.
On Saturday registration for the junior category begins at 07:30. The tournament begins at 08:30 and entries are R15 (no Chessa membership needed).
