THE Lower Paarl Rugby Club (Blues) managed a comfortable home victory when they defeated the Blue Stars from Klapmuts 25-12 at Dal Josaphat on Saturday .
The home team scored four tries through Johnny van Niekerk, AB Diedericks, Donnie Fredericks and Mario Green while Auden Carolissen slotted a penalty and one conversion.
The Blues’ second team lost their match 19-3 while the third team also went down 33-5.
* Lower Paarl has a bye this weekend and their next fixture is 23 June against Pioneers Dal Josaphat.
