Farmer's Expo
2007-06-21
PRODUCERS of wine and fruit need to remain at the cutting edge of technology - especially when operating in the international market, providing quality products at competitive prices - despite the weakening of the Rand against most major currencies.
They will have the opportunity to check out competitive capital-intensive machinery and equipment as they walk that fine line of weighing up needs and expenditure when they gather at this year’s Wine Farmers and Fruit Growers Exhibition.
Exhibitors with innovative new equipment they intend introducing into the market are going to have to find ways of meeting the producers halfway and find equally creative ways of attracting them to buy their wares.
The Exhibition takes place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre between 24 and 26 July. This exhibition, which incorporates the Intervitis Interfructa Cape, is held bi-annually and this is the 10th show to be held.
