THE Paarl Police are succeeding in the fight against crime and want to thank the media and the community for their help.
Many arrests were made during Operation Toxic Algae these past two months, with confiscations and stolen property recovered.
This could not have been possible without the help of the media like Paarl Post.
Through regular news reports as well as airtime on Radio KC on Tuesday evenings, between 19:00 and 20:00, the community is made aware of crime and throughout the day safety hints are passed on.
Numerous awareness programmes were also launched at our local schools. We would like to thank these schools for giving us the opportunity to address them.
Paarl Police also thank the community who read and listen to our warnings and who help us in the fight against crime. Together we make a difference.
