Administration Clerk (Contract)

A suitable candidate is required to perform Administrative duties including, but not limited to:

Answering telephone, photocopying, filing, faxing, typing, receiving visitors, scanning documents, editing documents, gathering and processing information as requested by principal, SMT and WCED, dealing with correspondence and enquiries, logistical arrangements for routine meetings and events.

Requirements:
• Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, internet, emails)
• Matric certificate (Standard 10)
• Ability to speak, read and write at least THREE Western Cape official languages, preferably Xhosa, English and Afrikaans
• A letter of application, filled Form Z83, a detailed CV, copies of relevant qualifications and two recent testimonials
