Public meeting on subdivision

A PUBLIC meeting will be held on Wednesday evening at 19:00 at the Drakenstein Dutch Reformed Church in Denneburg, Paarl, to discuss the proposed development of the farm Salmonsvlei West for residential purposes.
The meeting is organised by Withers Environmental Consultants.
The proposed development will comprise 900 housing units on nearly 30 hectares between Klein Parys and the N1 west of Lustigan road.
It will include single residential erven, group housing, townhouses, flats and a retirement resort.
For this purpose, the property has to be rezoned for residential purposes.
Only one access is planned, in Carolina Road.
TV3 Architects and Town Planners are undertaking the application for the development and the Environmental Impact Assessment will now start.
A traffic impact assesment will be undertaken by BKS Engineers.
