Beware of catapults

ON Wednesday 11 July around 15:00 someone either fired an airgun or used a catapult and hit my windscreen while I was driving. Luckily all that was damaged was my windscreen - and my bank balance!
The incident occurred in Pieter Wium Street in Northern Paarl near Wielie Walie Creche. Imagine if this had hit some-one on a motor bike, or even a pedestrian, especially a child or toddler! Someone could have been killed!
I would like to make parents aware of the seriousness of this incident and the danger of buying such toys for children.
There are enough crosses and wreaths marking departed loved ones in Paarl, let’s avoid more accidents.
