Corruption at Municipality

Corruption at Municipality

2007-07-19

I WAS shocked to see a municipal bakkie driving around Mbekweni on Sunday morning at 12:20 laden with beer cases.

The two men in the bakkie are unknown to me and according to people in the know, they are not employees of the Municipality.

They visited a tavern in V block, which was closed, and then set off in the direction of C block, apparently in search of beer.
The white Nissan bakkie, CJ 10908, has a fleet number 405.
