DIT is selde dat mens enige positiewe kommentaar aangaande jag in ’n koerant of tydskrif lees. Dit was dus vir my ’n aangename verrassing toe ek op Donderdag 2 Augustus Lise Beyers se ‘Post Scriptum’ in die Paarl Post lees.
Ek is bly dat daar darem nog mense is wat die waarheid en die werklikheid van jag insien.
Ek gee ’n uittreksel uit my outobiografie, ‘The Last Safari’, wat hopelik binnekort verskyn: “The ultimate challenge which faces us is to create a culture of hunting, respect for the animal, and the spirituality that takes it to a higher level than a mere trophy on the wall, or venison on the table. Hunting is conservation in its purest form.”
