FOUR men were robbed of more than R25 000 in coins last week during an alleged armed robbery.
The men were in a bread delivery vehicle when armed assailants held them up at a stop street in Blignaut Street, Weltevrede.
The men handed over the bags of coins which were in the rear of the vehicle and the robbers managed to flee the scene with the very heavy haul on foot. Anyone with information can contact Insp Hein van der Spuy at 021-864-8440.
