Gospel CD debut

A PAARLITE, Vernot Carolissen, will launch his first gospel CD on 7 September at 18:30 at the Strauss Hall in Paarl.
Vernot has already released two CDs, but this is his debut gospel album, written, engineered and produced by himself. It consists of warm kwaito gospel including the track “Why.”
According to Carolissen he will give 50% of the proceeds when the song WHY is air-played, to charities dealing with abused kids.
This song speaks about child abuse and abusing your own body.
All gospel artists and groups are invited to perform at the show.
Tickets are R20 (R10 for children) at the door.
The CD can also be purchased that night at R80.
