Idols queen to sing in Paarl

THE Idols queen who rose to stardom some three years ago, Karen Kortjé, will be assisting up and coming pop stars during a concert at the Dalweide School Hall in Paarl on 29 September from 15:00 to 20:00.
The concert also features local musician Byron D who is currently in the to 30 of the Idols.
Byron, a faavourite among R&B lovers all over the Boland, recently cut his own CD which was launched a few months back.
He will perform with another popular Hip Hop artist, Alfonso, who will sing with Karen during the concert.
Ijhana, the popular lady from Wellington who is known in “Free Style”, will be leading her group with Hip Hop tunes from Rock Fire Productions.
The MC will be popular DJ Lyle. Tickets are R35 at the door.
