ENJOY an exclusive Grapes, Gourmet & Gallery evening at Glen Carlou outside Paarl on Saturday, 15 December. The evening will be held at Zen, the stylish new restaurant at the highly acclaimed Glen Carlou winery situated near Paarl. This special evening will feature the culinary fusion of two seasoned chefs – Neil Smit (Zen – Glen Carlou) and Henry Jonkers (Harveys at the Mansions – Winchester Mansions), brought together to create a mouth-watering five-course menu, each course served with an outstanding Glen Carlou wine. Guests can also enjoy an insightful visit to the Glen Carlou Exhibition Space, which features the Hess Art Collection – one of the world’s top private contemporary art collections created by renowned New World wine producer and art collector, Donald M.
