AUCTION ALLIANCE will be taking a valuable building and a vacant plot on the Zomerlust Estate to auction on 7 October at 11:00. The building at 4 Bergsig Avenue, a modern double storey building comprising of five bedrooms and three bathrooms, was built for use as a residential home, however is currently being used as an office building. Also up for auction on October 7 is an adjoining vacant plot at 6 Bergsig Avenue (521mē).
