This position is available at a large food manufacturing company supplying a major retailer with ready meals.
Requirements:
• Matric, 2-3 years’ experience in the processing of meat and meat cuts
• Exposure to the food industry (retail or food manufacturing)
• Excellent communication skills
Main focus:
• Processing and preparation of meat
• Maintenance of quality standards
• Monitoring stock levels
• Training of staff
• Liaison with production planners and buyers
