MACHINE OPERATOR
(Labellers, fillers, cappers)
Heinz Foods SA invites suitably competent applicants to apply for the above position which will be based at the company's factory in Wellington.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Setting, adjusting, efficient operation and change over of the above-mentioned machines which will include:
Two and three stage rotary self-adhesive labellers.
In line wet glue labellers.
Rotary and in-line fillers.
Rotary and in-line cappers.
REPORTING STRUCTURE:
The position reports to the Production Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Matric and appropriate technical training.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 to 3 years experience on machine operating.
Experience in PLC touch screen operating systems.
Experience in quick change over of machines.
GRADE AND REMUNERATION:
Remuneration will be determined in terms of relevant qualifications, competencies and experience.
