CATERING MANAGER

Key outputs: Financial Management of Sales, Gross Profit, Expenses, Stock Control and Cash Control. Manage Functions and Events.

Be able to attend to complaints regarding food and service. Administration of unit. Effective customer and client relationship background.

Key attributes: Have excellent public relations skills. Be people orientated. Handle tight deadlines and work under pressure. Must have own transport and driver’s licence.

Qualifications and Experience: Have relevant previous experience as a Catering Manager. Be computer literate.

A tertiary qualification in Food and Beverage Management/Hospitality would be advantageous.
