A highly reputable engineering company, located in Wellington, which specialises in the manu-facturing of sheet metal products using modern computerised machinery, has an opportunity for a successful and self-motivated mechanical engineer.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Liaise with customers.
Costing of projects.
Produce designs as per customer specification.
Project management.
Requirements:
The successful candidate must have a S4 Mechanical Engineering diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years experience in sheet metal.
Business orientated.
CAD literate.
Computer literate.
Fully bilingual.
Excellent people relations and skills.
Excellent communication skills at corporate level.
Goal-orientated.
