Vrede en Lust is looking for a Tasting Room Assistant
This is a full-time position and will require working 2 weekends per month. A strong wine background and especially a passion for wine is a pre-requisite!
The ideal candidate needs to be friendly, outgoing, presentable with excellent communication, team-work, computer and people skills.
English and Afrikaans is a pre-requisite, additional language skills will be an advantage.
The successful candidate will handle individual tastings, group tastings and cellar tours. In addition, admin tasks will include using our point of sale system, doing daily cash-ups and stock takes as maintaining our customer database system.
Salary is market related and competitive; including commission based on sales.
Starting date is as soon as possible.
