Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir:
• Die inisiëring en daarstelling van advertensies in samewerking met die Advertensie-bestuurder.
• Die stimulering van die mark deur inisiatief en laterale denke aan die dag te lę om nuwe geleenthede en inkomstebronne te identifiseer en te ontwikkel ten einde kliënte se advertensiebehoeftes te bevredig.
• Die behaling en oorskryding van begrote omsetdoelwitte.
• Op te tree as skakel vir klante en die opstel en plasing van geklasifiseerde advertensies.
• Uitstekende rekenaarvaardigheid kan toepas.
Die ideale kandidaat word beskou as 'n persoon met uitmuntende verkoopsvaardighede wat met selfvertroue kan funksioneer in spanverband in 'n kompeterende markomgewing en die nodige druk kan hanteer.
Voorts moet die suksesvolle kandidaat oor goeie kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede beskik. Die geskikte kandidaat moet oor 'n geldige bestuurslisensie en 'n eie motor beskik.
In ruil vir die suksesvolle kandidaat se dienste, bied die maatskappy 'n mededingende en buigsame vergoedingspakket. Voorkeur sal, in terme van die groep se diensbillikheids- beleid, aan individue vanuit voorheen benadeelde groeperings verleen word.

Tele Sales Person (Flinkgids)
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Initiating and compiling of advertisements in conjunction with the Advertising Manager
• The stimulation of the market through initiative and lateral thinking, to so identify and develop new opportunities and sources of income to satisfy the advertising needs of the clients
• The reaching and exceeding of estimated targets
• Liaising with clients and the preparation and placing of classified advertisements.
• Have excellent computer skills
The ideal candidate should be a person with exceptional sales skills, function with self-confidence in a team in a competitive market environment and can handle pressure, should have good communication and interpersonal skills and have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
In exchange for the suitable candidate's services the company offers a market related, total cost to company remuneration package. Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged persons in accordance with the employment equity policy of the group.
