Main Duties:
• Booking technical calls
• Dealing with a large number of incoming calls
• Handle client queries
• Assist technicians by putting alarm on test
• Communicate with technicians on daily basis
Requirements
• Matric
• Basic knowledge of alarms
• Computer literacy essential (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Listener advantageous
• Downloading experience advantageous
• Proven ability to work under pressure and independently
• Excellent telephonic manner
• Fully bilingual
• Flexible/Able to work overtime
