POSITIONS: Sales Account Management Consultants (SAMC), Accountant (2) & Assistant Loan Processor.
SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS: Paarl & Swellendam
With Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Sales Management or equivalent and with related Sales field knowledge of agriculture and Financial sector.
The incumbent will be able to master the following responsibilities: To manage and develop existing accounts; Maintain good client relationship in order to improve performance of existing accounts; Pro-actively detect potential arrears and client loss; Build good relationship with clients; Selling relevant products according to predetermined budget targets and ensuring excellent service to customers at all times; and ability to render, facilitate and monitor post finance support.
ACCOUNTANT: Paarl & Worcester
The Bank is looking for a person with a National Diploma or Degree in Accounting; minimum 3 years’ work experience in a Financial and Management Accounting.
While reporting to the Head of Operations, the incumbent will also deal with the following: Provide financial analysis and reporting to the branch and Head Office; Planning and Organising; Budget Management and Quality Control; Ensuring Audit and Risk Compliance; HR Management and Development.
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTS: Swellendam
The incumbent's main focus will be the Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger and Asset Control.
Land Bank will consider a person with Tertiary qualification or equivalent with Accounting work experience. Bank Reconciliation, General Ledger, Asset Control, Quality Control Financial Administration and HR Administration will be the responsibilities of the incumbent among others.
ASSISTANT LOAN PROCESSOR: Worcester
This position will be filled by a person with a Tertiary qualification/studying towards, a tertiary qualification (legal) or equivalent (suitably qualified as articulated in the Employment Equity Act); ±2 years’ experience in a Loan Administration and Conveyancing Environment and be computer literate in MS Office package.
Apart from preparing of conveyancing documents and loan administration, the incumbent will be required to assist with all office duties that pertain administering an office.
