An established IMPORT / EXPORT company, based in Wellington, requires a motivated and committed SECRETARY / ADMIN ASSISTANT The successful person will perform various admin duties, deal with customer queries, prepare quotes, delivery notes and invoices, as well as prepare, pack and ship parcels to our local and international customer base.
The job is pressurised and strong attention to detail is required.
Exceptional telephone manner, organisational and time management skills are required.
Advanced computer competence (MS Office) is essential to the position.
Web design/web updates in html language would be an advantage.
