Join us at our Head Office in Paarl as an professional individual with a splendid telephone personality and sound typing skills as a Switchboard Operator (6 Month contract position)
Key responsibilities:
• receiving clients, managing the reception area and directing clients to relevant staff member • answering incoming telephone calls, referrals and taking messages • receiving, registering and distributing faxes • assisting with secretarial and general support duties
Requirements: Matric or an equivalent qualification, computer literacy, good accuracy, good interpersonal communication skills in at least two of the three languages of the Western Cape.
