A VACANCY FOR A SENIOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE FOREMAN
• KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
The successful candidate must prove to the client his ability to:
-Build concrete structures according to specifications
-Ensure effective human relations, and must have
-Experience in building slabs, columns, bridges and retaining walls
• COMPETENCIES:
-Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
-Diplomacy
-Organisational and administrative skills
-Analytical skills
-A cool head under pressure
-Sense of urgency
-Knowledge of the construction industry
• MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must comply with the following minimum requirements:
-Diploma or relevant qualifications
-10 Years’ relevant experience essential
-Applicable driver’s licence
-Certified ID copy
-Credible references
