Paarl Labels is a dynamic printing establishment specialising in the printing and finishing of high quality value-added labels. Applicants are invited to apply for the following position:
Creditors Clerk
Reporting to the Accountant, the successful candidate will have the responsibility for the creditors function.
Key Performance Areas:
Processing, reconciliation and payment of creditors
General finance administration
Bank reconciliation
Monthly reports
Monthly stock take
Applicants must meet the following essential requirements:
Have at least a Grade 12 qualification
Minimum of 3 years experience in creditors administration
Computer literacy in MS Office
Comprehensive working knowledge of AccPacc or an accounting package similar to AccPacc
Proven numeric skills
Ability to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
