The following permanent positions are available: 1. SENIOR HR OFFICER:
Key tasks:
• Recruitment and Selection • Training and Development • Employment Equity • Liaise with external associates, bodies and service providers • Ensuring compliance with all legislation • Develop and implement workplace policies and procedures • Liaise and interact with Trade Unions • Compile monthly personnel reports • Handle grievances and assist in disciplinary hearings • Assist with EAP programs
Requirements:
• Minimum a Human Resources Management Diploma (3 years) • Computer Literate • Minimum of 1 year experience required (intensive, relevant experience will be a definite advantage). • Exceptional negotiations, conflict resolution, interpersonal and communication skills
2. JUNIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT:
Key tasks:
• Prepare monthly financial statements • Prepare general ledger accounts and document business transactions • Posting entries to nominal ledgers • Maintain fixed asset register • Monitor and review accounting and related system reports • Monitor and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices etc. • Resolve accounting discrepancies • Supervise input and handling of financial data and reports • Interact with internal/external auditors • Submission of monthly statutory returns i.e. VAT intercompany clearances etc. • Assist with stock takes
Requirements:
• Accounting Degree / Diploma (or busy studying towards) with minimum of 1 year experience required (intensive, relevant experience will be a definite advantage). • Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage. • Working knowledge of computerised accounting systems • Computer literate; good working knowledge of MS Office and advanced Excel experience • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Solid understanding of principles of accounting, reliable self-motivated and highly organised • Well-spoken in English and good communication skills (write and speak) • Own transport arrangements
3. SENIOR CREDITORS CLERK FINANCE DEPARTMENT:
Key tasks: • Upkeep of creditors ledger • Housekeeping of supplier accounts • Processing of invoices handling of claims • Liaising with suppliers • Reconciliations of supplier accounts ±1000 • Balancing of creditors control accounts • General administration duties • Assist switchboard and stock takes Requirements: • Minimum Gr12 / Matric with Accountancy and Mathematics subjects • Minimum of 1 year experience required (intensive, relevant experience will be a definite advantage). • Further financial studies will be to the applicants advantage • Have good communication skills • Fluent in English communication (write and speak) • Computer literate; good working knowledge of MS Office • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Own transport arrangements
