FINANCIAL ASSISTANT
Betafence South Africa (Pty) Ltd is looking for a hands-on financial assistant with the following:
Min 5 years experience, preferably in manufacturing
Min Grade 12
Windows XP, MS Office and particularly Excel
VIP Payroll
Pastel Partner 2007
Able to start immediately
The key performance areas include:
Full wages function, including but not limited to clocking recons, capturing wage data and MIBFA recons
Creditors prepared to point of payment by FM
Debtors processed timeously, including invoicing and statements
Stock movements, allocations, recons and reports
Assist with preparation of month-end reports
