Night Shift Supervisor

Franschhoek Cellar requires a temporary Night Shift Supervisor from the end of January till end of March 2010

DUTIES

• Supervision of all cellar activities happening at night
• Maintenance and supervision of a strict cleaning program
• Operating of Cellar equipment and machinery

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Driver’s licence
• Experience in a supervisory position
• Accuracy is of vital importance
