Professional baker diploma or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in senior position within a bakery. Hands-on. Good with costings. Self- motivated. Ability to manage a team.

BAKERY ASSISTANT/ CONFECTIONER
Professional confectioner diploma or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in this position within a bakery. Self-motivated. Responsible for the whole confectionery range and include quality control, stock control, cost control and planning.
