publisher of the Paarl Post newspaper,
is looking for a
correspondent in Mbekweni.
This person should be living in Mbekweni and know the people and community well.
This person should have a passion for the community and have enough time to source news from within the Mbekweni community.
Paarl Post will help this person to gain the basic skills required to do the job. The work requires taking photographs and attaching a short story that will be written in English. Paarl Post will select which stories to publish.
This person will be paid per photo and story published (about R40 per photo earning about R300 per month).
Distribution
We are also looking for a person to distribute 4000 newspapers on a monthly basis from door to door in Mbekweni. Payment R600 per month.
